Mr. Hartman is responsible for deal flow generation, land transactions, acquisition triage, and the development of business relationships.

Mr. Hartman joined Cornerstone in 2005 as an Analyst and promoted to Director in 2009. He is also Chairman of Cornerstone’s annual networking event (since 2010).

Mr. Hartman is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and serves on the Membership & Business Development Committee. He is also a member of the California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA), the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO), and the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO).

Mr. Hartman earned a B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Certificate of Professional Land Management from the University of Houston. He is a General Securities Representative holding both FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (inactive).
